Garlic Parm Asparagus - GF LF NF
Ingredients:
Asparagus (ends chopped, duh)
Butter (I use Earth Balance)
Minced Garlic
Shredded Parm. (Kraft shredded is GF and LF)
Instructions:
Spread the asparagus out on a rack on a baking sheet
Melt butter with garlic
Brush the asparagus with garlic butter
Roast until tender and easily stabbed with a fork
Sprinkle on Parm and put back in oven to melt cheese
