Garlic Parm Asparagus - GF LF NF

Ingredients:

  • Asparagus (ends chopped, duh)

  • Butter (I use Earth Balance)

  • Minced Garlic

  • Shredded Parm. (Kraft shredded is GF and LF)

Instructions:

  1. Spread the asparagus out on a rack on a baking sheet

  2. Melt butter with garlic

  3. Brush the asparagus with garlic butter

  4. Roast until tender and easily stabbed with a fork

  5. Sprinkle on Parm and put back in oven to melt cheese
