Pecan Pie - GF DF

Ingredients:

  • 10-12oz chopped (or hammered with a crab mallet) pecans

  • 1.5 C Dark Karo Syrup

  • 3.5 Eggs (I know, .5… wtf🙄)

  • 1.5 C Granulated Sugar

  • 3tbs Butter (I use Earth Balance)

  • 3ish tsp Vanilla

  • 2 Frozen Pie Crusts (I use Wholly Wholesome GF Frozen Crusts)

Instructions:

  1. Mix it all and dump it in

  2. Bake at 350 till set and not jiggly when you wiggly (about an hour)
