All classes are beginner to intermediate vinyasa or restorative flows, all levels welcome and lots of modifications are always given. Props are optional but please bring a mat and water.

My virtual waiver should be signed prior to class, you will only need to sign this once if done online. A paper waiver for WEBER’S farm will need to be signed on site at each class.
While this class is free for the community, donations are accepted via cash, Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp. My username is IcedCoffeeYoga on everything.
All cancellations will be made at least one hour prior to class for weather delays emergency cancellations, etc. The cancellations will be made on social media (Instagram & Facebook).
