Class Descriptions

Yoga

My yoga classes are usually an all-levels vinyasa style class, with three segments: stretch, power, & wind-down. Sometimes, if I’m feeling it, I will teach a more restorative flow. A restorative class is slower paced and poses are held for longer amounts of time, this class will be a little more “stretchy” and a little less “power.” My classes are done in a user-friendly style, regardless of body type, fitness level, or experience.


Barre & Tone

Barre & Tone is a combination of Barre, Yoga, and Pilates, using small movements, sometimes with light weights, you will tone a variety of muscles in the body. This “all-levels” class begins with setting intentions, followed by power and toning, finishing with stretches, and is a class that you will feel, mind and body, for days after.


Stretch & Restore

Stretch & Restore is a slow paced class designed to give your body and muscles the time they need to actually release tension and restore. Each muscle group is attended to as we hold each pose for a longer amount of time than usual. Imagine a restorative yoga class with a little less meditation. This is a great class to introduce yourself to some basic yoga poses while still getting a great stretch.
