Punkin Pie - GF DF NF
Ingredients:
6 Eggs
30oz Canned Pumpkin (NOT FLAVORED, not pumpkin pie filling, just plain pumpkin)
2 C Full Fat Coconut Milk (personal fave: canned Goya, just make sure to get the regular not low fat)
5tsp Vanilla
2C Brown Sugar
Pinch of Sea Salt
3 Heaping Tsp. Cinnamon
5 Heaping Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice (personal fave: McCormick)
2 Frozen Pie Crusts (I use Wholly Wholesome GF Pie Crusts)
Instructions:
Mix it all and dump it in
Bake at 350 till not jiggly when wiggly (bout an hour)
