Leftover Egg Yolk Cookies

Ingredients

  • 8 egg yolks

  • 3/4 C Powdered Sugar

  • 2 Tsp Vanilla

  • 1 Pinch of Salt

  • 1 C Flour

  • Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients

  • Put into a piping bag (or a zip lock and cut the corner)

  • Pipe onto parchment paper

  • Bake at 350 until spongy

  • While you let cool, melt chocolate

  • Flip all cookies so flat side is up

  • Pipe chocolate on 1/2 the cookies and then sandwich them

  • Let completely cool and harden

  • Options when done

    • Drizzle white or dark chocolate on top to make pretty
