Sugar Cookies (Cut out) (DF & GF)

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick of butter

  • 3/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 C sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3 tbs powdered sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 2+ tsp vanilla

  • 2 C flour

Instructions

  1. Beat together everything but flour

  2. Slowly add in flour

  3. Make into a ball and chill for an hour - overnight

  4. Roll out with rolling pin and cut out cookies

  5. Bake at 350 or until slightly cracked on surface/SLIGHTLY browning around edges.
