Meringue Cookies (DF & GF)
Ingredients
4 egg whites
1 C sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1+tsp vanilla
Or experiment with other flavors such as peppermint
Optional topping sprinkles
Instructions
Beat ingredients until peaks form
You want thickkkk peaks
Put mixture into a piping bag
I put a large ziploc in a tall glass, fill, cut the tip - works just fine
Pipe into little blobs with a peak at the top
Top with optional sprinkles if desired
Bake at 200 until you can see the shine and a few cracks will form
