Meringue Cookies (DF & GF)

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites

  • 1 C sugar

  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

  • 1+tsp vanilla

    • Or experiment with other flavors such as peppermint

  • Optional topping sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Beat ingredients until peaks form

    1. You want thickkkk peaks

  2. Put mixture into a piping bag

    1. I put a large ziploc in a tall glass, fill, cut the tip - works just fine

  3. Pipe into little blobs with a peak at the top

  4. Top with optional sprinkles if desired

  5. Bake at 200 until you can see the shine and a few cracks will form
