Hot & Spicy Maryland (Baby) Crab Soup (DF & GF)

Ingredients

  • 1 32oz box low sodium beef broth

  • 56oz crushed tomatoes (seasoned is great)

  • 2 cans sweet corn

  • 3 Cans Cut green beans

  • 2 C (approx) diced potatoes

  • 1 bag baby carrots cut in 1/3rds

  • 5 chunky diced onions

  • 1 diced head of celery

  • 5+ large spoonfuls Old Bay

  • 2+ large spoons of minced garlic

  • Generous sprinkle of parsley

  • 5tbs salt

  • 3tbs pepper

  • Optional: generous splash of cholula

  • Lump crab meat - the more the better

Instructions

  1. Throw it all in a pot and cook it with approx 1/2 of the crab meat

    1. I like to use my pressure cooker for about 30 mins or my dutch oven for about an hour

  2. When finished, serve topped with remaining crab meat
