Super Simple Summer Salad (GF/NF/V)
Ingredients
1-3 Cucumbers chopped into large bites
1-2 Onions chopped into large bites
2-4 (or 2 cans) diced tomatoes
1 glug of olive or vegetable oil
3/4 C of Sugar
3/4 C of Apple Cider (or preferred) Vinegar
Salt & Pep
Sprinkle of basil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and let marinate for at least a few hours
As ingredients deplete, add in more to make it last!
