Punkin Pie - GF DF NF

Ingredients:

  • 6 Eggs

  • 30oz Canned Pumpkin (NOT FLAVORED, not pumpkin pie filling, just plain pumpkin)

  • 2 C Full Fat Coconut Milk (personal fave: canned Goya, just make sure to get the regular not low fat)

  • 5tsp Vanilla

  • 2C Brown Sugar

  • Pinch of Sea Salt

  • 3 Heaping Tsp. Cinnamon

  • 5 Heaping Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice (personal fave: McCormick)

  • 2 Frozen Pie Crusts (I use Wholly Wholesome GF Pie Crusts)

Instructions:

  1. Mix it all and dump it in

  2. Bake at 350 till not jiggly when wiggly (bout an hour)
